However, customs formalities, special VAT rules and matching data records in the PlentyONE plugin and other challenges halted the smooth process.
Together with MS Direct and our development team, we optimized the plugin, automatically integrated all the necessary shipping and customs data and established the technical connection to Swiss Post.
The result: fully integrated Swiss shipping that significantly exceeds Zalando KPIs such as Order to Ship and Delivery on Target, makes returns processes transparent and helps TRUEPRODIGY to build a strong brand in the Swiss market.
