TRUEPRODIGY faced the challenge of delivering its fashion collections to Switzerland via Zalando and About You. However, customs formalities, specific VAT requirements, the correct data sets within the PlentyONE plugin and other operational challenges were preventing a seamless process.

Together with our partners MS Direct, PlentyONE and our development team, we optimised the plugin, automated the integration of all required shipping and customs data, and established the technical connections to the last-mile carriers Liechtensteinische Post and Swiss Post.

The result: A fully integrated shipping solution for Switzerland that significantly outperforms Zalando KPIs such as Order to Ship and Delivery on Target, brings greater transparency to returns processes and helps establish TRUEPRODIGY as a strong brand in the Swiss market.
