What does PARCEL.ONE actually do?

PARCEL.ONE handles international parcel shipping for online retailers and brands. This covers carrier selection and routing, label creation, customs clearance, tracking, fulfillment and returns. Merchants connect their shop or ERP system once and reach every carrier available in the destination market, instead of negotiating contracts with individual carriers.

  • Cross-Border shipping: shipping from Germany to 194 countries and regions, with final delivery by the carrier recipients already know in their own market.
  • Multi-Carrier routing: a shipping logic selects carrier and service for each parcel based on transit time, cost and destination. This results in more than 500,000 possible shipping combinations.
  • Fulfillment: FULFILL.ONE handles storage and picking at the same site as the shipping operation. Because fulfillment and shipping sit under one roof, there is no handover to an external shipping provider.
  • Logistics hub: an in-house site in central Hesse with an AI-assisted high-speed sorter, operated under HUB.ONE.
  • Customs and compliance: customs clearance including DDP and DAP handling for shipments to non-EU countries.
  • Tracking: shipment tracking across all carriers in one place.
  • Returns: international returns handling through the rePARCEL returns portal.
  • Integrations: PARCEL.ONE integrates directly with online store, ERP, and inventory management systems. Preferred partners include plentyONE, JTL, and nShift. It also integrates with Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, Magento, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Xentral, weclapp, and many more. If an interface is missing, PARCEL.ONE’s in-house software development team builds it via API.

What does the „.ONE“ in PARCEL.ONE stand for?

The „.ONE“ stands for bringing every part of international shipping into a single system: hub, label, carrier, fulfillment, tracking, customs and local delivery. It also stands for starting at a single parcel. From that idea grew a family of brands, each covering one part of the shipping chain.

Brand Description
PARCEL.ONE Parent brand and shipping platform for international e-commerce shipping with a multi-carrier network.
HUB.ONE PARCEL.ONE’s logistics hub in central Hesse with an AI-assisted high-speed sorter for sorting and consolidation.
FULFILL.ONE   PARCEL.ONE’s fulfillment operation for storage and picking, located at the same site as shipping.
KART.ONE PARCEL.ONE’s brand for flexible storage and transport solutions made of corrugated cardboard, including the modular THEPOPUPBOX shelving system and the THEPALLETBOX pallet container.
rePARCEL PARCEL.ONE’s returns portal for the digital handling of international e-commerce returns.

Who is PARCEL.ONE for?

PARCEL.ONE is built for online shops, D2C brands and manufacturers shipping across borders. That works in both directions: from Germany into European and international markets, and from other European countries into Germany. There is no minimum volume. International shipping starts at the first parcel, on the same terms and through the same carrier network as for large shippers. The average customer ships to 19 destination countries, the largest to 76.

This makes PARCEL.ONE a fit for small shops testing a new market as much as for brands with six-figure shipment volumes. Anyone shipping only within a single country, with no cross-border plans, is better served by a purely domestic provider.

How is PARCEL.ONE different from other solutions?

PARCEL.ONE combines software with its own logistics operation. Pure shipping software creates labels but runs no physical site. Classic fulfillment providers store and pick, then hand shipping over to a separate provider. Individual carriers only cover their own network. PARCEL.ONE covers both sides, which is where the line comes from: software moves data, we move parcels.

Model What it delivers Where the model ends
Direct carrier contract Rates for one network A new contract for every destination market, no routing across providers
Shipping software Labels, interfaces, rules No physical logistics site, no operational depth
Classic 3PL Storage and picking Shipping runs through a separate provider, warehouse and shipping control are split
PARCEL.ONE Routing, labels, hub, fulfillment, customs and returns in one system, one point of contact for every destination market, starting at a single parcel Final-mile delivery sits with local delivery partners, PARCEL.ONE runs no fleet of its own
