PostNord has been following Nordic developments in e-commerce for the last ten years. PostNord always strives to improve its studies and reports. In the last two years, the study that lays the basis for E-commerce in the Nordics has therefore been markedly expanded and improved. This results in better and more accurate data, but it also means that comparability with previous years is limited and should be carried out with significant care.
